Paselen Elements Bright Chardonnay 2020
Paserene Elements Bright Chardonnay 2020
Maker comment
Bright's scent opens with a refreshing citrus scent followed by a hint of minerality. Inhaling this light wine reveals summery notes of white orange blossom, neroli and orange peel. The palate reveals flavors of fresh lemon peel, tropical pineapple, rich crème patissiere, buttery almond croissant and freshly made matches. A fresh, mineral wine with a crisp core, light spice and sweet honey notes.
food pairing
A bright Chardonnay, it pairs wonderfully with light summer salads and all types of poultry, and is also delicious with fatty tuna or salmon. It also pairs well with pork dishes such as buttered pork chops, and indulgent meals such as lobster and shrimp in creamy sauces. The salty, toasted flavor of roasted nuts makes it a great snack and pairs well with cream-based pasta dishes.

overview
●Cap: cork ●Cultivation/soil: The grapes are harvested from three vineyards with different soils and climates. Bright is primarily from its own vineyards in Franschhoek, but also uses grapes from Thalbach and Elgin.
●Manufacturing: At our winery, we don't use standard barrels because we want exceptional results. Our new barrels are seasoned and dry, steamed without toasting for up to five years. It is then used for 16 months to make wine. Patience is inherent in our winemaking.
