Paselen Elements Dark Syrah 2018
Paserene Elements Dark Syrah 2018
Maker comment
The thickness is medium and the acidity is slightly stronger. The nose is gentle yet striking, with rich Christmas spices and tantalizing juicy dried fruit notes. Fresh dark fruits create a rich and luxurious taste.
food pairing
It pairs well with barbecued meats, especially beef and lamb that are heavily seasoned with herbs and spices. A slow-cooked stew brings out the rich, plum-like aromas of the grapes and is a great companion to dark. It pairs well with meals such as roast chicken or pan-fried duck, and grilled vegetables make a delicious side dish. For fish dishes, grilled or broiled tuna is the perfect accompaniment to the rich flavors of the wine.
