Paselen Elements Rosie 2019
Paserene Elements Rosie 2019
Maker comment
Rosie is a light pink onion skin color. On the nose, deep flavors of fresh red cherry, strawberry & cream and Turkish delight. The scent of rose and cinnamon also shines with a touch of cotton candy. In the mouth, it has a velvety smooth finish and moderate acidity, giving it a very savory character.
food pairing
A hearty roast chicken with plenty of fragrant herbs and a fresh squeeze of lemon is a perfect match. A charcuterie board with salty and fatty meats is also a great accompaniment to your wine enjoyment. It goes well with soft cheeses such as brie and camembert, bringing out the natural sweetness of the cheese. It also pairs well with fresh salmon, light melon and Parma ham, and herb-marinated olives.
